1. Each item released by PC Express is identified with a warranty sticker which indicates the date it was sold (month, day, and year). Units assembled by PC Express authorized technicians must also bear the assembly seal or sticker indicating the assembly date and identification of the technician
  2. When claiming warranty, the following guidelines should be strictly followed:
    • Present the warranty slip of the item concerned with the corresponding Job Order Form (J.O.). In case of lost warranty slip, original copy of the sales invoice should be brought and a certified copy of warranty slip will be issued (a fee of Php 300.00 will be charged for the certified true copy). In case of lost Job Order Form (JO), the following must be submitted:
      • Affidavit of loss
      • Any two (2) valid IDs
    • Inter-branch claiming of warranty without the warranty slip and the corresponding Job Order form will not be allowed.
    • Present the defective item with the corresponding serial number and warranty sticker.Note: Failure in following the guidelines will void the eligibility for any warranty claimsNO WARRANTY SLIP AND SALES INVOICE – NO WARRANTY.
  3. Standard one (1) year warranty for all products from PC Express except the ff:
    • Laptop Battery (6 Months Warranty)
    • Bundled Items, i.e. Mouse, Keyboard, and Speakers (3 Months Warranty)
    • Tables and Chairs (One week warranty)
    • Auxiliary Fans and Heat Sinks (One Week Warranty)
    • Consumables, i.e. CDs, Meida, Papers, CD Stomper Labels, inks, toners, prepaid cards, SIMs, Broadband Modems, etc. (No Warranty)
    • Software (No Warranty)
  4. Warranty doesn’t cover the following:
    • Customer induced damage including but not limited to:
      • Electrical over stress (EOS)
      • Bent pins
      • Molten Wires
      • Circuit board cut traces
      • Blown metal lines
      • Corrosion due to accumulated dirt / moisture
    • Misused products due to poor care, improper assembly, thereby causing physical damage, deep scratches, and etc.
    • Products with defaced serial number and warranty stickers
    • Damaged item during transit or natural disaster
    • Loss of data
    • Any alternation, alteration, modification and / or repair not authorized by PC Express
    • Transportation or any other cost incurred
    • Free or promo items given away during events and / or promotions
  5. Items covered by warranty will be pulled out and sent to the supplier or manufacturer for warranty claims. Defective products under warranty but with no available stock for replacement may be upgraded provided that the customer pays for the price difference between the upgraded and the older model. The warranty sticker of the older model / stock will be carried over to the upgraded model / stock. Customer will be informed as soon as the item is available for pick up. Once the customer has been notified, a 60-day period shall be given to the customer to claim the item/s. In claiming upgraded item, the original accessories of the older model / stock, i.e. drivers, cards, adaptors, etc. must be returned. However, if the customer fails to claim the item within sixty (60) days, a storage fee of fifty pesos (Php 50.00) a day will be charged.
  6. Item/s unclaimed after ninety (90) days will be forfeited.

Sales Return Policy

  1. NO RECEIPT, NO EXCHANGE. Sales returns are allowed only where the product was purchased. ORIGINAL receipt is needed to process any sales return transactions.
  2. NO CASH REFUND. Credit note with a validity of three (3) months will be issued for returned products in cases where the customer’s choice of replacement item(s) is not available. Credit note can be used only in the same branch where it was issued.
  3. The exchange of purchased items will be allowed within three (3) days from the date of purchase (e.g. items purchased on Jan 1 will be permitted to be exchanged in full purchase value to another item until Jan 3). In the event of a sudden price drop within the three-day exchange period, the returned item will be valued at the current list price.
  4. Items exchanged beyond the three-day period will be charged a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) within the first week and additional five percent (5%) per week for the succeeding weeks. (e.g 15% on the second week, 20% on the third week and so on.) In the event of a price increase, computation will be done on the original purchase price.
  5. Only items with complete boxes, CDs, Drivers and Manual in pristine condition will be accepted for exchange. Consumer items such as Tablets, Digital Cameras, Cellular Phones, headsets will only be permitted for return if the original packaging (e.g. shrink wrap / blister pack) has not been opened and the device has not been used. Consumable items such as cartridges, ribbons, etc. that have been opened will not be honored for return. Software are not allowed for sales return.
  6. The company reserves the right to decline any returns when deemed necessary.
